(b) Deal in a financial product
i. Arranging for another person to issue/acquire/dispose of financial products including

ii. Applying for, acquiring, varying, disposing of a financial product on behalf of another person including
A. Deposit and payment products
B. Derivatives
C. Debentures, stocks or bonds
D. Life products including investment life products, products issued by a registered life company, life risk products

I have the chance to buy an AFSL seperate to the existing company. I wanted to see if anybody knew if this was possible i.e. an existing license can be transferred from one company to another. The current owners still want to run their company but not the AFSL so are selling it.
