I have an ACL in my own name, and are planning on retiring from finance broking (but not selling the book). Does anybody have experience of the costs and time it would take for this to be transferred from my name to a newly formed Pty Ltd company and what ASIC forms and fees are required. I have also heard there is a market for ACLs in a new company name. For those that have been in a similar situation I would be very pleased to hear your thoughts of how it has panned through for you and also chat about what my obligations will be regarding compliance and the new owner? I (the company) would still need to belong to an industry body, AFCA for claims resolution and maintain PI cover. Please feel free to ring me, Graeme 0401686788 (Perth). Weekend is also ok
