We are in the market to buy an AFSL with retail and wholesale authorisations (i.e which allows the manager to raise funds from both retail and wholesale investors) with the following requirements:

Ability to appoint RM’s at Corporate level

    Funds Management

    Property Funds for Wholesale

    Property Fund for Retail clients

Must be a clean skin company with NTA(Minimum) on its balance sheet

Must have no other business other than as the holder of the licence

Ability to setup discrete SPV which invest in RE property assets

Each SPV is separately identifiable with its own constitution, bank accounts, accounting, board, compliance plan, Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) etc

Capital is raised via a PDS and requires to be approved by ASIC before being launched
