AFSL for sale now

Paul Gerrard

Hi,

(I apologise for the formatting of the above post. The system won’t allow me to edit it or delete it so I will simply try again.)

A couple of years ago I sold my company with an AFSL.

Now, a friend wants to sell his company with an AFSL that has the following authorizations.

1. This licence authorises the licensee to carry on a financial services business to:

(a) provide financial product advice for the following classes of financial products:
(i) derivatives;
(ii) foreign exchange contracts;
(iii) securities;

and

(b) deal in a financial product by:

(i) issuing, applying for, acquiring, varying disposing of a financial product in respect of the following classes of financial products:
(A) derivatives; and
(B) foreign exchange contracts; and

(ii) applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product on behalf of another person in respect of the following classes of products:
(A) derivatives;
(B) foreign exchange contracts; and
(C) securities;

to retail and wholesale clients.

If you are interested please contact me.
