they can find out if they get a copy of the AFSL / pay asic a small fee to get a copy. Or they can find out if you also list yourself as an AR / adviser via the ASIC registers. Also make sure you dont appear in the primary business address or service address etc. that said, whats their issue with you being on 2 AFSLs?
