    Hi guys, happy holidays!!

I am hoping someone could help me out here. I am a RM for my current company (I don’t own it, I am only working for them).

Recently, I have been approached by another company who is wanting me to be their RM as well.

I am fully aware that I can be RMs for more than one company, however, I wouldn’t want my current company to find out about this as it is frown upon. Just checking if RM is public information or it is quite easy for my current company to find out I am also RM for another company?

    thank you so much

they can find out if they get a copy of the AFSL / pay asic a small fee to get a copy. Or they can find out if you also list yourself as an AR / adviser via the ASIC registers. Also make sure you dont appear in the primary business address or service address etc. that said, whats their issue with you being on 2 AFSLs?

    thanks so much David,

I actually accidentally posted this on the wrong forum (the question was for ACL). I have done some research (actually paid for it) myself, it looks like as long as I am not the “key person” for the licence, or the director for the second company, my name won’t be on the actual credit licence copy. Hopefully this was the case.
