We have 2 Responsible Managers for our ACL. One has resigned and left the organisation. It is required of us to advise ASIC before the annual licence renewal as we are at risk of a key person requirement on the licence?

    Hi Genevieve,

    Thanks for your post.

Your question relates to organisational competence which ASIC has given guidance about.
We would need more information about your structure and provide you with legal advice to respond to your specific question.

Feel free to contact one of our consumer credit lawyers should you wish to discuss this further.

    Thanks,
    Grant
