    Hi guys, happy holidays!!

    (repost)

I am hoping someone could help me out here. I am a RM for my current company (I don’t own it, I am only working for them).

Recently, I have been approached by another company who is wanting me to be their RM as well.

I am fully aware that I can be RMs for more than one company, however, I wouldn’t want my current company to find out about this as it is frown upon. Just checking if RM is public information or it is quite easy for my current company to find out I am also RM for another company?

    thank you so much

Hi Edwin, Though RM registry is not in public domain, still ASIC will question your ability to look after 2 ACL’s/2AFSL’s. You will have to provide evidence of what arrangements are in place with the current ACL holder, to allow enough time for supervising the second ACL

    Hi Du,

thank you so much for your reply especially at this time of year, happy holidays to you.

Provided I am able to supply sufficient evidence with ASIC to demonstrate my capacity to be 2 RM for 2 ACLs, so it is pretty fair to say the RM registry is actually not public listed on ASIC website?

    really appreciated your help Du.
