Hi folks, I’m struggling to find an answer for this question. I’m looking at setting up an Aged Care financial advice business, I will not be providing any product advice, it is simply cash flow. My understanding from reading the ASIC RG’s; an AFSL is only required when giving product advice, and the RAD is not a financial product. It is simply cash flow. Can anyone please provide me some guidance? Thank you.
