    Yes.

     

    If you have an ACL and an AFSL, you can provide a single document covering all of the necessary information about your financial and credit services.  Of course, if the same information is required in both your FSG and credit guide, you only need include it once.

     

    See ASIC’s Information Sheet 134 for more information about complying with your obligations if you are both a credit licensee and an AFS licensee, or call us for assistance.
