Australia Credit Provider Licence for Sale

I am looking at selling my Pty Ltd  Company which holds a Credit Provider Licence. I will be selling the company without the trail book. I am willing to stay on for the initial two years as a Responsible Manager. The company has no credit facilities nor has had any complaints lodged against its credit assistance rendered. Does anyone know the valuation for such a Company and the subsequent Responsible Manager Services.
