<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>   (a) Engage in credit activities as a credit provider</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>         by:</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>      (i) carrying on a business of providing credit</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            being credit the provision of which the</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            National Credit Code applies to; and/or</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>      (ii) being a credit provider under a credit</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            contract; and/or</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>      (iii) performing the obligations or exercising the</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            rights of a credit provider in relation to a</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            credit contract or proposed credit contract as</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            the credit provider; and/or</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>      (iv) providing credit assistance to a consumer which</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            relates to a credit contract or proposed credit</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            contract under which the licensee is or will be</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            the credit provider; and/or</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>      (v) being a mortgagee under a mortgage that secures</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            or will secure obligations under a credit</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            contract under which the licensee is the credit</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            provider; and/or</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>      (vi) performing the obligations or exercising the</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            rights of a mortgagee in relation to a mortgage</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            or proposed mortgage which secures or will</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            secure obligations under a credit contract</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            under which the licensee is the credit</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            provider; and/or</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>      (vii) being a beneficiary under a guarantee that</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            guarantees obligations under a credit contract</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            under which the licensee is the credit</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            provider; and/or</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>      (viii performing the obligations or exercising the</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            rights of a beneficiary under a guarantee or</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            proposed guarantee which guarantees obligations</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            under a credit contract under which the</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            licensee is the credit provider; and/or</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>      (ix) carrying on a business of providing consumer</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            leases; and/or</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>      (x) being a lessor under a consumer lease; and/or</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>      (xi) providing credit assistance to a consumer in</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            relation to a consumer lease or proposed</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            consumer lease for which the licensee is the</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            lessor; and/or</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>      (xii) performing the obligations or exercising the</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            rights of a lessor in relation to the consumer</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”>            lease as the lessor</div>
