Thank you for your question.

 

We note that the mindmap dated 2013 outlines previous proposed changes to ASIC’s regulatory approach to managed discretionary accounts (MDAs), as outlined in their Consultation Paper 200.

 

We have not produced an updated mindmap of the MDA regulations, however you may find our blog post “The Who, What and Where of ASIC’s changes to Managed Discretionary Account regulation” useful.  This post outlines changes made to ASIC’s MDA regulation in September 2016.
