Hi James,

 

The Government have yet again extended the deadline of credit disclosure obligations, this time from 1 August to 1 October 2011. The National Consumer Credit Protection Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 4) included the extension, in addition to a number of other updates such as new definitions, clarifications, exemptions and disclosure requirements. It is not particularly groundbreaking but worth getting your head around before it comes into play on October 1.
