AFSL for sale now

A couple of years ago I sold my company with an AFSL.
Now, a friend wants to sell his company with an AFSL that has the following authorizations.

<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”> (ii) foreign exchange contracts; and</div>
<div style=”color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; white-space: nowrap;”> (iii) securities; and</div>
