I am hoping someone could help me out here. I am a RM for my current company (I don’t own it, I am only working for them).
Recently, I have been approached by another company who is wanting me to be their RM as well.
I am fully aware that I can be RMs for more than one company, however, I wouldn’t want my current company to find out about this as it is frown upon. Just checking if RM is public information or it is quite easy for my current company to find out I am also RM for another company?
